the location proved very convenient. the lobby featured a useful mini bar area. breakfast impressed me with a delicious array of options. i found the staff to be quite friendly and accommodating to all needs.
the air conditioning was not fully functional, made the room a little warm at times.

i found the location quite convenient, especially its proximity to nearby attractions. the breakfast was well-stocked, with a self-making waffle station being a nice touch. the staff was also helpful, assisting me quickly when i had a minor issue with the room's emergency light.

the staff was kind. it was convenient to go to the frankfurt messe. the rooms are spacious and have all basic amenities like kettle with some tea bags and iron.
i had booked a barrierfree room in advance because i use a wheelchair. however i was given a regular room, very cramped and difficult to move in a wheelchair. this.

cute receptionist breakfast variety unprofessional team difficult clarification
The breakfast was lovely (I especially enjoyed the variety). The night receptionist was very cute when we arrived late. I found that quite thoughtful.
The reservation team seemed unprofessional. They made an additional transaction to my bank account, and it has been hard to get clarification even after writing multiple emails (I hope they sort that out soon!).
